<p>Di tengah persaingan industri kopi yang semakin ketat dan dinamika preferensi konsumen, kemampuan untuk mempertahankan konsistensi menjadi faktor kritis dalam menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsistensi rasa minuman dan konsistensi pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Kedai Kopi Ameng, Belakang Padang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi rasa (X1) dan konsistensi pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,693. Hal ini berarti 68,6% variasi loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa menjaga kestabilan cita rasa dan pelayanan yang konsisten merupakan strategi penting dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di tengah persaingan industri kopi yang semakin ketat. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsistensi rasa dan pelayanan merupakan pilar strategis yang terbukti efektif dalam membangun dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan pada kedai kopi lokal.</p>Muhammad Wahyu Raihan Winata

<p><em>This study documents a community service initiative targeting rural micro-entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia, aiming to enhance economic development through financial literacy and digital skills training. A total of 500 micro-entrepreneurs were recruited, with 250 assigned to treatment and 250 to control. Data collection included baseline and endline surveys, complemented by qualitative interviews. Econometric analyses include difference-in-differences (DiD), fixed-effects panel regressions, and instrumental variables (IV/GMM) to account for selection bias and compliance issues. Results indicate 28% increase in revenue, 22% in profit, 35% increase in formal savings, and 40% increase in digital sales among participants. The program shows heterogeneous effects favoring women, younger entrepreneurs, and those with secondary education. Policy implications suggest scaling through local cooperatives, digital marketplace integration, and collaboration with financial institutions. This study provides a rigorous framework for community service interventions in economic development, combining quantitative and qualitative methods.</em></p>Daniel Ebenezer Silaban
